URBANA – A Champaign County jury has decided that a 43-year-old Champaign man with one sex-related conviction in his past is sexually violent. The finding returned Friday means that Donald Stewart will remain locked up indefinitely until he no longer suffers from a mental disorder that makes it likely he would commit other sex crimes.
