Tri-West High School is a high school located in Lizton, Indiana. Tri-West was formed from the consolidation of three high schools: Pittsboro, Indiana; Lizton, Indiana; and North Salem, Indiana. This also caused the formation of the Northwest Hendricks School Corporation In Pittsboro, the original gym remains as part of the elementary school.
Four-time NASCAR Nextel Cup Champion Jeff Gordon attended Tri-West High School. In his book "Jeff Gordon: Racing Back to the Front -- My Memoir" he acknowledges that if people think he missed out because he didn't "go to the Tri-West High School basketball games on Saturday nights" then they didn't understand him.
