BAR HARBOR — Approximately 150 Bar Harbor residents gathered at the Conners-Emerson School gymnasium Tuesday for the open portion of the annual town meeting. The session lasted just over one hour, and each of the 22 ballot articles up for vote passed with little or no objection.
