Marshwood High School is located in its new location since September of 1999 in South Berwick, Maine The school serves two towns in Maine, Eliot, and South Berwick. These towns are rural and residential with small central business districts.
The school is located about 10 miles from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Kittery, Maine. In the district of MSAD #35 there are approximately 13,000 residents.
The program of study is grade 9 through 12.
Marshwood has a variety of activities offered including art, athletics, band, (marching, concert, jazz, chorus), Drama, National Honor Society, School Newspaper, Student Council, Yearbook, Cheerleading, Interact, Math team, and special language clubs,( Latin, Spanish, and French), and Natural Helpers.
Notable alumni: Michael McLafferty - Television and motion picture actor.
