County officials, residents and students from Randallstown Elementary School gathered last week to rededicate Randallstown Gateway Park at the corner of McDonogh and Liberty Roads. The $500,000 park was opened in 2007 to create green space.

Forty years ago in the summer of 1969, the Woodstock music festival was making a muddy splash and American GIs were fighting in Vietnam. And in September of that year Randallstown High School opened its doors for the first time at 4000 Offutt Road.
