Everett High School is a high school in Lansing, Michigan. It is located in the southern part of the city. The current school opened in the fall of 1959. The athletic teams are known as the Vikings and are members of the Capital Area Activities Conference. Arguably the most famous person to attend Everett was Earvin "Magic" Johnson. The school has a fierce inter-city rivalry with the Big Reds of JW Sexton High School. Everett High School is also part of the Lansing School District's Magnet school program, it is the "Visual and Performing Arts" magnet. The school's current principal is Susan Land.
