The Farmersville soccer team found a perfect finish to a perfect season Thursday night. After earning their spot in the Division VI Valley Title game with a win over McFarland in the playoffs, the Aztecs pulled off an exciting 1-0 victory in front of a packed stadium at Farmersville High School.

In May, Lance Armstrong, one of the most celebrated athletes in history and the seven-time winner of the Tour de France, will speed past Farmersville High School, pedal his way through the streets of downtown Exeter, cycle around the City of Lindsay's roundabout and cruise along the old Orange Belt Highway into Strathmore.

The Aztecs boys soccer team shut out McFarland and blew away Laton to stay undefeated in the East Sierra League last week and take the program's seventh straight league title. Going 6-0 in league and 25-1-3 overall, Farmersville won the No. 1 seed in the Division VI Valley playoffs.
