FLORA -- Esther R. Mummert, 86, of 215 N. Division St., died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi. She had been at St. Elizabeth since recently suffering a stroke.
