- Cumberland Regional High School is a comprehensive regional public high school and school district, serving students in grades 9 through 12 from seven communities in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. The district serves students from Deerfield Township, Fairfield Township, Greenwich Township, Hopewell Township, Shiloh Borough, Stow Creek Township and Upper Deerfield Township. The district encompasses 162 square miles.
- As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,357 students and 105.0 classroom teachers (on a full-time equivalent basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 12.9.
- The school was the 279th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2008 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools. The school was ranked 282nd in the magazine's September 2006 issue, which surveyed 316 schools across the state.
- The district participates in the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program, which allows non-resident students to attend the district's school without cost to their parents, with tuition covered by the State of New Jersey. Available slots are announced annually by grade.
- The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second lowest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.
- On December 10, 1974, the county superintendent of education designated members of the initial school board, which by law consists of nine members. Each constituent district was allowed one representative, with the two largest districts receiving an extra representative each. The district was formed to help with overcrowding issues at Bridgeton High School, which, at the time, all nine districts sent their 9th through 12th grade students.

The school is located in the Seabrook Farms section of Upper Deerfield Township.
- Ground was broken on May 12, 1976, and the school opened on September 7, 1977, with 1,759 students in grades 9 - 12. 322 students were in the school's first graduating Class of 1978.

Cumberland Regional High School offers students an extensive range of programs and activities, including the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Future Farmers of America (FFA), the Student Council, Drama Guild, Choir, Mock Trial, Junior Classical League, Spanish Club, Leo Club, Interact Club, Key Club, CAST Fishing Club, Science Careers Club, and Yearbook.

Cumberland Regional High School is one of nineteen member schools in the Tri-County Conference, which is composed of schools whose enrollments vary greatly for grades 9-12. The smallest one, Clayton High School, has 249 students enrolled whereas the largest one, Williamstown, has 1,343 students.
