    St. Ann School PTA, Keansburg, will hold "A Night in Vegas" gift auction May 21 at the Lakeside Manor, Route 36, Hazlet. Doors will open 5:30 p.m., dinner is 7 p.m., and the basket drawings are at 8 p.m. Admission is $40 and includes dinner; a pre-sale value pack is $35 (valued at $45) if purchased before May 15.     HAZLET — Superintendent of Schools William O. George III will talk to anyone who will listen about the district's budget, and is trying to get as many people as he can to get out and vote on April 21. The district's proposed budget is $47,244,902, which is a 2.46 percent increase over the 2008-09 budget of $46,111,250, and represents an increase of 3.
