    Ardsley High School English and theater teacher Flori Doyle was selected as the conference organizer for the New York State Theatre Education Association Educator's Conference 2009. The conference, which was held in the Hudson Valley Region, brings together theater educators from throughout the state for professional development, workshops and performances.

    GREENBURGH - Continuing their tradition of sharing sweet treats, a couple of hundred Girl Scouts representing 23 troops in the Ardsley school district decorated thank-you cards and delivered homemade cookies to about 240 veterans in the area today.

    Brian Trichon of New York City recently was promoted to manager of integrated marketing at Spike TV. Trichon is a 1999 graduate of Ardsley High School. He has been part of the Spike marketing team for the past two years.

  • Ardsley High School is a secondary school located in Ardsley, New York. The school was established in 1957 and serves students in grades 9–12. An extension was built onto the school and was completed in 2006. The school principal is Dr. James Haubner. The assistant principal is Mary Gorman.
  • Schedule
  • Ardsley High School runs on an 8 period schedule. Each period is 44 minutes long. There is a ninth period Tuesday through Thursday. This period is designated for students to seek extra help from their teachers. Attendance by students is not required during this period, however teachers are required to be available. On Monday through Thursday the regular school day runs from 7:55 AM to 2:12 PM. On Friday school runs from 9:00 AM to 2:57 PM, except for certain band and chorus students who attend classes starting at 8:00 AM in the music wing.
  • Missing SAT exams
  • On June 10, 2004 officials of the Ardsley school district notified police that the 123 SAT answer booklets were stolen while awaiting shipment to the College Board for scoring. Ardsley High School had served as a testing location for the June 5, 2004 exam. On the morning of June 11, 2004, a man whose identity was never disclosed, called the school to inform them that he had mistakenly taken the package. The answer booklets were returned, the package was reported to be completely intact, and therefore the tests were still eligible to be scored.
