- Harborfields High School is a four year secondary school located in Greenlawn, New York. It functions as the high school for Harborfields Central School District which serves the communities of Centerport and Greenlawn and parts of Huntington, Huntington Station, Huntington Bay and Northport.
- As of 2007, the school principal is Dr. David Bennardo.
- The school building has recently undergone significant renovations which were completed during the summer of 2005.
- The Class of 1960 was the first graduating class, with about 130 graduates from Centerport and Greenlawn only. That first class used the building for four years as it was being completed. Otherwise, those students would have had to go to Huntington High School which was becoming overcrowded. The first Graduation Ceremony June 1960 enjoyed the celebratory, unifying gesture of having three clergymen officiate: A priest, a minister and a rabbi.
- The name Harborfields came from a combination of the older names of Centerport (ex Little Cow Harbor) and Greenlawn (ex Old Fields), selected from an entry by Russell Fisher in a naming contest in about 1955.
- On the last day of school in 1997 there was a student "riot."
