GRANITE FALLS -- Work is expected to begin soon on a project to upgrade the old Granite Falls High School for middle school students. The campus became vacant when the new high school opened in January 2008.

GRANITE FALLS -- It will be a different kind of summer camp for Granite Falls Middle School girls. For a $75 registration fee, the school district is sponsoring a two-day "Mini Eco Car" summer academy for middle and high school girls. Scholarships are available.
