BAYBORO — The Pamlico County Board of Education unanimously approved a contract on Monday with the Ohio-based company Sport Safe Testing Service Inc. to do the random drug testing of students who participate in extracurricular activities.

BAYBORO — Pamlico County school officials are making the N.C. Graduation Project a major part of the final grade for high school seniors in English IV this year after state legislators removed the project as a graduation requirement for the students.
