Residents and visitors who move about Garner have certainly noticed for some time now, the visual progress taking place on new sidewalk construction. Now, as completion of construction is close at hand, Garner residents will soon be able to freely stroll, briskly walk, or jog along the 4.2 mile loop of newly constructed sidewalks.
