  • Northeast Career Center(NECC) is a public vocational school located on the northeast side of Columbus, Ohio. It is a part of Columbus City Schools. It is a vocational school located adjacent to the Hilton East and Easton Mall. It is rented property scheduled for demolition in January 2009; at that time current students will be sent to the new career center being built in downtown Columbus.The first to use the new state of the art Career Center will be students in vocational programs clustered in four areas:

  • Engineering
  • Information Technology

  • Welding
  • Graphic Imaging Technologies
  • A+ Certification
  • Art Portfolio
  • Floral Design

  • Like all Columbus City School programs, these programs are provided free of charge to students in the District attendance area. Career Center programs are available only to Juniors (11th graders) and Seniors (12th graders).
