    By Trevor Stokes, Staff Writer Russellville's free summer lunch program is exploding in popularity this summer with nearly triple the number of lunches being served to help parents save money and children curb their hunger. Nearly 2,400 lunches were served during the past two months, compared to 952 during June and July 2008.
