Prevent Blindness Oklahoma will conduct several vision screenings for elementary schools in the area. “If a child cannot see, he cannot read,” said Becky Cunningham, Prevent Blindness Oklahoma director of programs. “And, if he cannot read, he cannot learn and if he cannot learn, he cannot succeed.”
