Meadville City Police received the first report that a car parked in a driveway had been vandalized with spray paint at 5:57 a.m. Thursday. By 3:55 p.m., the count of vehicles with paint sprayed on windows and painted surfaces had reached 14; four hours later, two more incidents were under investigation.
