At first glance, Shanell Blubaugh and Shelby Smith seem like your average eighth-graders. With schools, friends and, in Smith’s case, crutches, you wouldn’t think they had time for anything else. But these young ladies are far from ordinary. Blubaugh and Smith are the creators of Teens Helping Teams, a program designed to raise money for after-school events in Clinton County, Ky.
