YORK COUNTY, S.C. -- Howard Wilford moved out of the Foxwood neighborhood 17 years ago. However, he's worried enough about the drinking water there that he showed up at a packed meeting in Fort Mill on Monday night.

A community meeting held at Fort Mill Elementary School, gave officials from the Department of Health and Environmental Control and residents of the Foxwood community a forum to discuss contaminants in the neighborhood's water supply and the discoloration, bad odor and chemical taste of the water.
