- Crescenta Valley High School is a secondary school located at 2900 Community Avenue in La Crescenta-Montrose, an unincorporated community in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The school is a part of the Glendale Unified School District.
- The school serves the city of La Crescenta,the city of Glendale and the GUSD portion of La Cañada Flintridge. CVHS opened its doors for the first time in September of 1960. As of 2009, the principal is Linda Evans. The athletics teams are known as the Falcons.
- Crescenta Valley received a National Blue Ribbon School award in 2000 and a California Distinguished School award in 2005. Crescenta Valley received a Bravo Award for excellence in the arts from Los Angeles County in 2005.

- Several students accepted into the PCC Tournament of Roses Honor Band which is the official band of the Rose Parade. Audition includes scales, a solo and sight reading. Students must also give up a considerable portion of winter vacation in order to attend rehearsals.

- There a several national and state choir auditions held throughout the school year. Numerous students audition every year.

- There are four different levels in the department: Beginning (1-2), Intermediate (3-4), and two Advanced classes (5-6/7-8)
- Every year the students in the department participate in different forms of theater including student originals, student-directed, and performance art.
- Musical theater
- Every Spring, the Drama, Choral, and Orchestral Departments produce a musical. The musical is an audition-only show.
- Past shows include: Little Shop of Horrors, The Wiz, Bye Bye Birdie, The Pajama Game, The Music Man, West Side Story, Kiss Me, Kate, Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, Crazy for You, Pippin, Once on This Island and, most recently, The Sound of Music.
