WINCHESTER -- A former Handley High School teacher stands accused of having sex with a female student several times more than a year ago. Adrian A. Ellis, 30, of 117 E. Leicester St., Winchester, surrendered to authorities Tuesday, according to Winchester police Sgt. Mark Lahman.
