Arthur F. Merrick, 82, of Little River, SC, formerly of Sea Cliff, died Aug. 30, 2009 at Seacoast Medical Center. He was the son of the late Leo J. and Margaret Doxey Merrick. Mr. Merrick was a WWII Navy veteran and was a retired corrections officer with the Nassau County Sheriff’s Department.

William Ernest Farrington, age 76, a long time former Sea Cliff resident, living in Missoula, MT, died after a six month battle with cancer on Feb. 4, 2009.
