School Reviews

I graduated in 1966 from San Isidro High School and went on to Pan American University to earn a Bachelor's and Master's degree. I found the teaching staff at San Isidro to be outstanding. I was thoroughly prepared for collegiate work and I had no difficulty managing the level of collegiate coursework that I faced. I thoroughly enjoyed my course work, my teachers, and the community when I attended San Isidro schools from grades 4 through 12. I remember every one of my teachers by name and have fond memories of interacting with them and my classmates. It was especially helpful to be in small classes where teachers were able to work with individual students without being overwhelmed by more students than were manageable for preparation, paper grading, and individualized assistance. Throughout my professional career as an educator, having finished in Washington DC with the US Department of Education, I have continuously bragged about the quality of education I was fortunate to receive in this tiny hamlet in the middle of cattle and oil country. Go tigers.
