Notes for Prospective Students

Students must meet eligibility requirements for the grade to which they are applying.In order to maintain compliance with our charter agreement, proof of residency is required for all applicants to May Sands Montessori School. All documents must be submitted in their original form, at the time the student`s application is submittedand must be pre-printed with the name of the child`s parent/ legal guardian as well as the local residential address.Supporting Documentation:1. A copy of the student`s birth certificate AND2. Parent/Guardian`s proof of residency in Monroe County such as most recent utility bills, statements of house insurance, voter registration card, homestead exemption card, mortgage payment book, or fully executed lease agreement, must accompany this application. Active Duty Military Parent/Guardian(s) must provide copies of orders to meet residency requirements.
