There doesn't even seem to be an effort by the current school administration to prepare our children for high school and beyond. Unfortunately, high teacher salaries do not deter complacency and inactivity. No excuse for the continued decline in student performance.

When I moved here 14 years ago, the schools were a pride of the community. This is no longer the case. My recent experience with the school administration was horrendous. I feel so fortunate to not have children in this district.

Brigantine North School forgot that our children need to be educated and prepared for high school and college. Activities are a great supplement to education, but math and reading are more important. Poor academic performance and significantly below average test scores are the result of inadequate leadership in the middle school.
