School Reviews
5 Pleased with the school and the curriculum. No school is perfect, but we are lucky to have such a good public high school available to us. - Posted by Parent - northside415 |
2 We moved to Marin from the East Coast and were in a state of shock at the poor quality of the curriculum and extracurricular programs. Our student, a 9th grader, was repeating work she had already done in the 7th grade! The standards of California's Public Schools is extremely low. The Gifted & Talented Program she was invited to be in was basically doing 8th grade work instead of 9th grade work that her peers on the East Coast were doing. Parents in Marin are disillusioned, we transferred her to a private school. California schools are a joke which explains why you rarely see CA students at ivies! - Posted by Parent - jasp3 |
