In this case, the recording is of Republican President Benjamin Harrison, who is often forgotten in history because of his short and relatively uneventful one term as president of the United States. This was recorded AFTER he left the White House.This was a VERY difficult recording to work with. It was made during the very early stages of the phonograph, so the audio quality is quite bad. I did the best I could to remove static and boost the volume in some areas. Also, I added subtitles to make comprehension much easier. (Since this is not 100% understandable without the subtitles, I decided to call this an \"Audio Improved\" video and not \"Audio Restored.\" The quality is still MUCH better than other recordings on YouTube and on the web.)For historical authenticity, here is the original:
