The town of Goshen in NY is a beautiful place to live. Unfortunately the school system (CJ Hooker and Goshen High School) lack the leadership necessary to provide a quality and safe education. The code of conduct disciplinary action is not followed. Students are not provided a structured environment that promotes good behavior. Instead students are allowed to do whatever they want with little consequence, and those that defy the rules only get worst.
