School Reviews
1 1I`m a former student at Bradley. To be honest, my experience at this school was terrible. I have a physical disability called cerebral palsy. I am in a wheelchair and I have a speech impediment. Although I have this disability, I`m very smart. In fact, I just graduate from high school and I will be attending Sacred Heart University this upcoming fall. Bradley failed to see how smart I was. They believed that I was failing out of gen ed, and wanted me in this "special class" in another school. The teachers and administration did not think that I was smart enough to be in Bradley. I was not failing out of gen ed. The truth was, the school was being remodeled, and no longer would be handicapped accessible. I ended up moving and I wasn`t put in a special ed class. The point of me telling my story is, if your child has a disability and they`re attending this school, my advice is to fight for what is right for them - Posted by Student/Alumni - Emily Cowen |
