Segregating special ed students with intellectual disability and emotional problems to the DAEP for without due process. They don't follow normal special ed procedures. Not holding manifest determination meetings appropriately. They don't set behavior intervention plans for students who should qualify for them. Discriminacion contra los estudiantes con discapacidad.
