School Reviews

2   9/12/2012
Academic programs are individualized to allow failing students to pass on an evaluation based on a sliding scale of standards and to keep all students at their highest "apparent" GPA. Students are HEAVILY prep''ed for the CA standard tests. Our child was a straight "A" student here, but when she left and entered high school we quickly discovered she was poorly prepared acedemically. Teacher supervision is dismissive of the chronicly problematic students. They will accept any students even ones that have been repeatedly suspended or expelled from other local schools. There is very limited arts, nearly no music program, and zero organized sports or even so much as a PE class.
