Over all the school is a good school, teachers are helpful and so are councelors. The football coach on the other hand should not be a coach, football is a team sport and when the kid's on the team are told that only the "expeienced" players are going to be out on the field then how is that showing theese kids what a team is? if they are not allowed to play then they will never have experience so either he should let them ALL play or only have a team consisting of his most "experienced" players. He gives no value to his kids as a team only individuals and only the individuals that he chooses. I think if all of the team was treated equal and given a chance then they would have a great team, leaving someone who is as rude and ignorant to coach a bunch of kids on how to be a team is a disaster waiting to happen.
