I have not been very satisfied with Henry Middle school since we enrolled. The grading system is very difficult to understand, even with a matrix (2-3 pages long) it is very difficult to understand. My husband and I have contacted the school to have the teachers call or contact us about our daughters progress and understanding the grades she is getting. Need less to say we never received a call or contact back from any of them. We were sent a letter in the mail stating she had made honor roll and would like us to attend the lunchen given in their honor only to find out she did not make the honor roll at all. We took time out of work to attend. It was upsetting to us not to mention the embarassment it caused her to be there in front of her peers to find out she should not have been there. We confronted the office about this and when they took a look at her, without even looking it up on the computer said she did not make it. Letters were sent out by mistake and knowing this they did nothing to rectify the situation. I am very unsatisfied with this school and am considering pulling her out and putting her in another school. I do not think she is getting the education she needs to be successful in the future. I have spoke with other parents and the feel the same as I do. This school seems to be very unorganized and not as concerned with the education of our children as they should.
