I am a member of the class of '00, which makes me a dinosaur. I have extremely fond memories of attending this school in the late 80s and early 90s and the great educators—Mrs. Ventrilla, Mrs. McClure, and Mr. P-E-rkins, who shaped my love of learning. I loved being part of the generation that was able to pick the mascot (BULLDOGS), attend Scholastic Book Fairs, and pause class that one day in fourth grade when it snowed. Great school, 15/10. I recommend the Alta Vista Bulldogs!

Our family chose this elementary school instead of the one across the street from us. I love the location. It is such a beautiful original school. The teachers and staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. Our kids love this school and all of their friends.
